On April 9, 2024, ZEHO ECO and CCCC Dredging signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. Both parties will leverage their respective strengths to develop high-standard and high-quality collaborative projects in the marine and lake/river ecology fields, working together to explore and advance business development.
ZEHO ECO has years of experience in marine and lake/river ecological restoration, ecological protection, and comprehensive management, encompassing project planning, funding applications, design, construction, and operation. As the largest dredging company in the world, CCCC Dredging has extensive experience in investment, construction, and infrastructure development in the marine and lake/river ecology sectors, along with advanced concepts and resource advantages.
According to this agreement, the two parties will collaborate in the marine and lake/river ecology sectors. In the marine ecology business, the focus will be on key strategic locations such as Ningbo, Wenzhou, Nantong, the Yangtze River Delta region, as well as coastal cities and regions like Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and the Greater Bay Area. The scope of work will include integrated project collaboration in areas like marine industry development, marine infrastructure, coastal zone management and ecological restoration, coastal vitality corridors, and marine monitoring and smart platforms.
For the lake/river ecology business, the collaboration will center around cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Changzhou, Wuxi, Jiaxing, and Wuhan, extending to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, the Yangtze River Delta, and the central Yangtze River Basin. The areas of cooperation will cover comprehensive watershed management, lake and river ecological restoration, biodiversity, wetland ecological restoration, buffer zone construction, and urban brownfield restoration. Innovative technologies will be used to enable these projects and drive their practical implementation.
This strategic partnership marks a new chapter in the expansion of marine and lake/river ecology business for both parties.
